This spring we made a new herb bed next to the cafe. We used old logs for the edges. As mulch, we used bed carpet and planing chips from the Pihtla wood workshop. Our smokehouse found a suitable place next to the herb bed. Some twenty steps away is our new potato field, where Väino went to help with his old red T-40. Next to potatoes, there is also a place for marigolds and cornflowers. We also sowed a patch of nettle, we can see if it starts to grow. In the first week of June, we still have to make bed labels.
